I have a role that I enjoy in an industry that I love. The problem is that my company is smaller and I don’t see much room for me to grow financially.

I love this industry, so I have begun to apply for other positions within the same industry with companies that have or room for advancement.
I have this fear and guilt that my current employer will find out from these companies that I am applying.

Would it be bad to list a pseudonym instead? Something like generic company in industry. 

Has anyone ever worked with a recruiter/headhunter? Are there any pr/mar comms focused firms you'd recommend?

Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now.
