I have a three panel interview for Project / Program Management. May I ask what the culture is like? Im burned out from Deloitte and really need a different WLB approach.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Is it normal to feel like you have just as many responsibilities as your superiors who make 30k+ more than you?

Could someone who is in the room on talent day please explain the process? Our are names just put on a slide show with your snapshot scores, chargeability, firm wide contributions, and years of experience then MDs just give the green light or not? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone want to talk about what they are expecting as a baseline % bump at the end of the year? I’ll go first, 20% minimum before considering performance which was a mix of exceptional / very exceptional; lol! I have good anecdotal evidence that the market easily supports this.

I have currently been in talks with the company about moving on to my next career opportunity at the Boston or Atlanta offices and want to get an idea of what life is like working for the company. I currently work for PwC, I'm sure some of you come from big4 and understand the low salary, long hours, and office politics that PwC and other big 4s bring. Do you enjoy working at Protiviti more than PwC? How is work/life and travel requirements? Reinvest stuf requird?
