I have an interview coming up for Freddie Mac. Any tips or advice ? Are the interviews hard?

Have an upcoming FB loop interview next week. And today i got reached out for another role that i applied at FB, should i bring this out to the hiring manager during the loop? Wondering if this would make any difference perhaps speeding up the decision process. Any thoughts?

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

Any suggestions??
Might be they are interviewing other candidates?

Has anyone had any experience with Water Street Partners for lateral recruiting? Reached out to me cold with a few ideas and I’ve had two follow up emails and a call with an MD at reputable banks, but it all seems very sketchy. For instance an “HR Specialist” reached out to me to set up a call, but when I look her up on LinkedIn she’s a IB VP. The MD I spoke to named a few other people he was going to have reach out, but haven’t heard from either of them. Just doesn’t feel like a normal process

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

It's not an industry I'm interested in, and want to get away from, but my prev exp is related to it (financial). Team is supportive. HM is very persistent in getting me to join.

& How do you ask for a week's time? I do have final rounds next Wed for company D.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. Got an offer for 30% increase in pay from Freddie, haven’t seen much online about the culture there though. Can anyone give me an idea of how it is? Also HR at Freddie was slow and disorganized which put a bad taste in my mouth so I’m a bit wary but the offer was amazing.
