I have an offer from Deloitte,
I am at 18.5 LPA fixed and have asked for 26 LPA fixed considering their was no Hike last year and this year hike letter is pending from EY; the HR is saying they don't pay more than 23.5 fixed at the S. Con. grade.
Waiting for EY hike to come in.. but meanwhile any S.Con. from Deloitte can confirm more than 25 LPA fixed comp.
