I have an offer from IBM with ₹22.5 LPA fixed + ₹1.5 LPA joining bonus and around 10% variable pay. They offer application developer 7A band postion.

I have also received another offer from a mid‑scale company, offering ₹26.5 LPA.

I do not wish to join the mid‑scale company. Can I ask IBM to increase my fixed CTC from ₹22.5 LPA to ₹24–25 LPA?

Is there any chances to revoke my offer letter?

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Does anyone else struggle with being a freelancer while also being a natural leader? I always feel in freelance roles that they would prefer I just shut up (even though my ideas have been praised and implemented plenty), esp within my own dept. In a full-time role, taking charge is expected, but I'm feeling like I should just sit back and take orders vs trying to be proactive or having thoughts in a freelance role.

If I initiate seperation from IBM while in the last few days in an account (End date in two weeks), what is the notice period ? Will it be immediately effective or will I be on bench for 1 month or 3 months with salary ?
