I have an offer from Novartis Associate Director in the medical affairs and another offer from Amgen for Senior Manager in the V&A. Which one should I choose? Amgen is paying a bit higher though.

I’m an Environmental Protection Specialist and make pretty good money for what I do. I just feel like I have more to offer than being a worker bee in a system at 25.
