Who are the best recruiters for top tier consultants? Went in-house at a bank and not getting as many candidates as I'd like for open reqs on my team. Think I need to switch up our recruiting partners.

I went on mutiple round interviews with a firm. HR basically said they wanted a firm commitment after the 3rd round. I told them I was extremely interested and looking forward to seeing what the offer was but I couldn't speak in absolutes.

Then ghosted.

Do recruiters actually look at your education and early work life when you've reached a certain level of experience in the industry?
