I have an onsite interview with Google for a TPM role L4. Any advice on how to succeed in these interviews please? I have done the usual research and watched a lot of yt videos.

Career advice that I give to the people I manage- do one more thing everyday that you weren’t going to do or didn’t feel like doing- for your team or for your client. Could be notes, a follow up, a reminder, raising your hand to tackle and drive something-whatever. That little extra effort against something you didn’t “have” to do, every day, overtime will make you invaluable
