I have applied for an Analyst role. While it’s a dream company for me, the compensation offered is only a 15% hike despite my 3.5 years of experience managing global projects and stakeholders (1.5 years in current company)

I had shared my expectations earlier, and they were aligned—until the final HR round. I tried negotiating, but HR stood firm, citing internal banding. I am so confused. Should I join? But i feel like I’m undervaluing myself.

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?

I gave the final round interview Of audit analyst in Deloitte someone will tell how I will know. am i selected or not. Or how many days i have to wait for any kind of mail by HR?
