Man, at this point I am not sure. They seem legit for lunch. But i think they want to go over the comp structure. Is that a normal practice? To discuss comp structure over lunch?
We need more context? Are you currently working there and worried about getting fired, or are you applying for a role and worried about what exit opportunities look like?
Actually smarter to know beforehand. If the exit opps suck and they get fired then what?
Not sure how to address your question on what to expect without knowing where you are in the process. The best person to ask would be the recruiter or hiring person you’ve been working with what the context of this meeting.
To the second question, yes, if you’re performing well clients may approach you to leave Siegfried and come work for them. What other organic opportunities you get may depend on the types of projects you work on and how you market your experiences in them.
