I have been having the hardest time landing interview s. I have met some recruiters who claim my resume was not meeting ATS standards. I have changed 4 times because of these standards in the last 6 months. Why are these companies not looking at the physical resumes anymore and allowing a system to find applicants for them?

I wanted to know if anyone was having issues with their pharma branded Instagram accounts? My brand’s account was fine yesterday and now when you search it it’s not on IG. It’s a business account so it’s fully public. I reached out to a few brand managers and it’s hit or miss on if they’re brand is found. Cleared caches, incognito browser, and all. I’m not sure if IG is down or if something changed with IG and pharma accounts.

We’re having a baby coming this end of August. KPMG has 12 weeks parental leave. Planning to take 4 weeks in September but I can’t seem to figure out when to use 8 more weeks. I’m so tempted to do Feb-March (peak busy season for our client) but I feel completely bad cause I actually like this client/team and I know how a lot of test work is done. (Senior A.) Can I suggest to my manager that rather than taking leave, to schedule me only 40 hours during these times? Would that be unfair to others?

Is moving to a HCOL city a bad move financially? If my fiancé and I are making $70k+ in our LCOC market we’d expect an increase in salary to move. Does it even out over time? Is buying property in a HCOL city better than in a LCOL city?

My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). Hello hive mind. I am currently interviewing with three agencies. Pretty far along with two of them. One of the positions is a Jr. copywriter position while the other two are just for a copywriter. How important would it be to not have the “Jr” before the title? Personally, I don’t care about the title, but wonder about future employer’s?
