Former QA here. Assuming you want to do this at your current company as I did…get involved in projects. Think deeper about customer actions/needs vs what the test case says. Get involved and connected with other departments. Make yourself seen. And talk to your manager (assuming you have a good relationship) about your goals and what that path would look like. In my case, my boss approached me with it—but not before I stuck my nose in enough things to know it’d be a good fit! 😂
Start small, try to find a project coordinator role and work your way up

Scrum alliance has a product manager course, don’t really think it’s worth it though

I expressed my interest in Product management to my manager. He let me shadow few PMs. After 2 years I became a full time PM in the same company. You can first explore in your org, before taking any certification courses.
