Oh that’s a tough one. Especially with the pay criteria. I guess at this point, you’d have to be entrepreneurial. Maybe find something you find is fun to do that you could get paid for on the side and then scale up? Probably might have to keep your GM job and also try something on the side? Or scale down and just be a manager instead of a GM (so you have more time) and try something on the side?
Maybe a consulting or recruiting role? Might also consider a change of scenery in something lateral, potentially could help. Anything at all you are considering or even just specifically trying to get away from?
Would you be open to some other sort of managerial role? I have to imagine your restaurant management experience would open doors for you in retail and maybe some office environments as well.
