I have been leading my department in the interim, until they find a replacement VP. I was just told they hired one and although I work very closely and have a great working relationship with Senior Leadership, nobody has mentioned this until now, meaning no involvement in the interview process. I’m trying to not take offense to this knowing that can can happen at a higher level, but it’s hard.

Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?
