I have been selected for position of Sr project manager at tcs but the recruiter lured me into lowering my expectations.Earlier I was going to ask for 25 lpa at 11 years exp but he said my current ctc is 15 so they won’t give me 25 so I should ask for 20 only . But I still asked to the manager for 22 lpa.he didn’t say a word and said they will contact in a week.However when I came out I got to know that one of the 3 people who got selected already was having 30lpa current ctc. Can I renegotiate Tata Consultancy

How to get this project and release from previous???

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.
