I have been working at EY for the last 8 months. I have not received any email regarding the completion of my probation period. I checked with my manager, and he mentioned that the probation has been completed and that he has already approved it from his side.

However, I have not received any additional leave credits after that. At the beginning of this year, I had 11 leaves, and after checking my used and remaining leaves, the total still comes to 11 only.

Can someone help me on this?
