I have cleared my L1 round in deloitte for cloud position.L2 is scheduled in next week .In L1 i had performed for 60% only but they passed me to 2nd round may be because of immediate joiner and of having certifications .How does deloitte conduct L2 whether its techno manager round and how are the chances for me to clear if i performed a pretty decent interview. Will there are chances of selecting me ?

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.
