My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. But today I realized I don't have anyone to talk to anymore when this image of me hanging keep popping up in my head. I couldn't even tell my psychiatrist. I'm searching for places that can handle my weight. I even cried full on which has not been happening since I started taking medication for depression. Is this anxiety? Or my brain is just ready let go finally.
