I have joined PwC AC in Advisory practice in Dec (Around 45days back) . I've not got the project yet and still on bench. I connected with deployer and Coach 2-3 times, they said they are in process of allocating. What should I do now? Is it something to worry about? How my performance will be evaluated and appraisal will be affected? Will I miss bonus (Variable pay which was verbally promised by HR)? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks in advance
