I think that feeling is more common than we realize. Is there anything that you've always wanted to do, or learn how to do, that you could pursue during this time? Sometimes, even when we feel like we're in a funk, we can pursue something that will make us proud once the fog lifts, and we'll have accomplished something meaningful even during a difficult time. Not to mention, doing something that matters to you will likely help produce some joy that's missing right now. Best of luck to you.

I don’t think I ever was interested in any career/work. I happen to be in this field by chance as I needed to earn.I liked weightlifting but not able to go to gym from last 1 year. We got busy after our kid was born and then I could not stick to the schedule. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
I've been hitting a wall ever since I turned 30. So many of my friends are getting married, having children, and meanwhile I'm stuck working til 8pm more days than not.

I think life after marriage gets more difficult with added responsibilities.
I know this might sound funny to some, but I used a Life Coach who changed my life. She really helped me to look at the reality of my life and to utilize my strengths. She helped me set personal and professional goals and was instrumental in making me feel confident in my abilities. I have no regrets - it was worth the expense.
Would love to explore this!Do you have any recommendations?
It's normal to feel this way. We are all told we need to have some big plan for our lives. But you know what? It's OK to just exist. We are worthy as we are.
