HCL - 39 CTC variable - 3.9 per annum

Which one more likely to give more in hand ? Basic in HCL is 10k per month less than Lnt.

Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher.
