Start dates - have the option to start in Dec or Jan. Jan is better for me, but wondering if there’s an advantage to joining Google in Dec? (Eg. Refreshers etc.)

I have H1B visa from previous company. Does anybody know the process to transfer it to PwC?

PS - Just wanted to be prepared for travel if any opportunity comes. I know it is long shot as travel is restricted.
