I have progressed to a GCA round for a PGM role in Sydney, Australia. Can someone give me an idea of the types of questions I'd likely be asked?

So i have adhd and really bad anxiety. Seeing a physchiatrist that will likely put me on anti anxiety meds.

Has anyone with adhd here gone on anti anxiety meds without treating the adhd, and if so how did the meds affect concentration and memory?

I’m currently struggling with my friend group. I’m a transplant to my current city and ended up making friends with my coworkers (who were also transplants). Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
