I have received an offer from EY for AI-M3 with 36lpa fixed. My overall experience is about 12 years. Is this good offer or am I being underpayed.

What are other Sr Solution Consultants making in total compensation? Salary + Commission?

Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. There has been a lot of TO in the last 12 months and I have been interviewing elsewhere. On Friday I was given a surprise compensation adjustment from $105 to $120 and it’s been complement city for the last few weeks. Chicago, 7 YoE, 5 in buyside AM and 2 in my current role at inv. consultant. Thoughts on salary level / should I stay?
