Wipro – 19 LPA (7.5% variable)
EY India – 16 LPA (20% variable)

I have 6 years of experience as an iOS Developer and the location is Hyderabad.

Curious here - my buddy just became a “Director” of Business Development in a LCOL area for a professional sports team. He likes to brag about how much he makes but I don’t really buy it. Obviously it’s subjective depending who you ask. Also, “director” gets thrown around willy nilly now. Any idea what someone like this makes? I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
