I have recently given 3 rounds of Virtual interview and they confirmed that is the last round and offered me a 601 role.

There was no discussion about package and all?
Usually how many days will it take for some one to reach out?
I belong to PEGA tech stack and have total 11 years of experience.
What is the pay i can negotiate for 11 years exp ?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..
