I have recieved an offer from HCL Technologies.
I could see around 15% component is variable..
Flat 10% is a yearly bonus and other 5% is monthly variable pay...
Can anyone from HCL tell me what percentage of this total variable pay is paid in HCL if I consider for a whole year...
I have recieved 21LPA fixed with YOE-12.5yrs..
Will HCL further increase CTC after negotiation..
One more thing I want to know does HCL give JOINING BONUS??
