I have seen people cribbing about ZS and refusing others to join as well but, whenever I go through their LinkedIn profiles, I don't find anyone switching from ZS in a short time frame.

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Where does ZS offer MBA program as part of advanced career programme and how much amount is sponsored by ZS? And after how many months post working with ZS one will be eligible for it ?
