I have submitted my resignation and recieved an offer letter,doj is 20/11/2024. I have submitted my payslip, Qualificational certificates & marksheets etc after my selection . During interview and discussion they wanted only reliving letter. Will they ask for current company appointment letter or any others documents on joining date ?? In my offer letter there is not mentioned about this .

I'm interested interviewing for a position that was advertised as DOE. I understand this means depending on experience, but is there a range I should ask for? If they ask my desired salary, do I tell them? I haven't interviewed for a position like this before.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.
