I have the Amex platinum and have been flying delta a lot lately. Experience-wise the Delta Sky club has been better than the centurion lounge lately. I’m also a bit bothered by centurion lounge forthcoming rule of a $75k spend to have a guest accompany you. How do y’all plan to navigate?

For context, it’s a professional services firm, I’ve been there 3+years, and they gave a Sales Executive title to someone who just started 5mo ago.

I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

Ok. I am lowly platinum on AA. I am taking a redeye and have a choice of LA to Philly or Phoenix to Philly. Is there any way to check which specific flight would give the best chance for upgrade?
