My friend from luxoft told me not to join as they have hire and fire policy. So it seems I shouldn’t have given interviews at all😅
I am in luxoft currently, no hikes from couple of years and it is now under DXC . many people leaving , I too want to leave but just for the sake of wfh , I am staying. Don't join , once your client says to leave, Luxoft also says leave immediately . happened to my friend in same project. Management don't care employees. so better stay away. if you are fine without any hikes for couple of years then you can join if they offer permanent wfh and also you should have confident that you can manage if client fires, as luxoft will not care you.
Luxoft is far good as compare to Wipro n Coforge
That does not changes the fact that its far good as compare to these two…
Anyone can be fired, those who are under performer or those who like to stay in bench for more than 3 months.
N don’t join coforge tooo😂
I am also against this and if you have enough knowledge then you get projects easily there in short time also
No doubt You can go with Coforge they have Some Good project's and bench policy is also fine even If they will fire you without NP then they will give you severance package.
Main thing is Work life balance is less
Avoid Luxoft. it is a hire and fire company. no job security
Don't join Wipro .choose any other company.
But y not Wipro?
