and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.

Take the senior role. It will show advancement on your resume and if it doesn’t work out you can leverage it either inside your agency or outside. Never turn down a promotion.
Never turn down a promo. This is modern advertising, you could get laid off for no reason at any point anyways. Take the promo, it’s career growth you might have to earn again somewhere else if you turn this down.

Have you been with the agency long enough that a senior title would set you up well for an agency move?

Yeah an agency move to another place! The only real way to get a decent salary bump in this industry
How much of a problem would it be if you got laid off? Are you prepared financially? Is there talk about the possibility of losing the client? Tricky situation in a tricky point in time.
Oftentimes these opportunities aren’t really presented as an option, even if it feels like they are! If you turn it down, it should be because you’re planning to move to another role in a different agency.
Make as much money as you can before leaving this industry forever.
But before you move do your research and make sure the agency isn’t being held up by this one business, and make sure you’re only on that one business 49% of the time. Ask to be spread around to other accounts so you can make the case against redundancy if your unhealthy client folds overnight
Take the promotion so if there’s a downfall, you now have a better title and can find a better job
If you are in good financial condition, you can help your clients.
