I have total 3 years of work experience, joined Barclays 2 years ago as BA3, My ratings were S,O in last 2 years. Got promoted to BA4 with 18 LPA. My team mate who joined as fresher , also got promoted. Should I ask for normalisation / is it a decent pay and be happy with I get?

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could.. Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies.
