Any advice on giving notice without burning bridges?

I currently work as a 2L for a small firm that pays below the average rate for law student clerks. I’m grateful they even pay me what they do. However, I’d love sound advice for asking for a raise.

Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Earlier I was contemplating moving to another field in recruitment but now I’m considering switching to another profile in HR where I can do backend processes/ payroll/ hr systems, cz I want to leave the calls and interviews and sourcing.. please suggest profiles I could take a dig in and explore? I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? Might be a stretch but thought it might be worth mentioning.

Hi, I am bringing together a team through a reorg any suggestions on how to bring a new team together remotely?

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. When I started out, my base was 70k plus commission of 10k minimum extra. Curious to know what others are making as a PSM and also looking for other opportunities!

Former biglaw first-years now in government: Do juniors in government get more autonomy than those in biglaw? Or is the review process for juniors' work at least more efficient/streamlined (i.e. reviewed by one mid-level and one senior, instead of four mid-levels, two seniors, and two partners)?

What’s the thought that keeps you from giving up?

I have an opportunity to leave consulting and go to industry in a 100% WFH role (this is what I’m looking for). Problem is, it’s a contract to hire position. My hourly rate as the contractor would be about $40k more per year, but no PTO and the health, dental, and vision would be through TEKsystems (the recruiter). I’m tempted to chase the money but somewhat concerned about being a contractor. Anyone have any experience with this?
