I heard SF was pausing offers (but still doing interviews) while Finance was doing review, does anyone have any intel on how long these reviews are/will be?

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

I need to wait another 3 years to become a manager at EY at file a green card. Would it be a wise decision to laterally move to PwC or Deloitte where you can file in less than 2 years?

I am a lawyer (based in the UK) and have been practising for 15+ years (financial services/banking). I love being a lawyer but I would also love to do something more creative or more independent. Anybody heard of your current firm matching competing lateral bonuses so that they can keep you as an internal lateral? Or will firms match lateral bonus offers even if you aren’t moving cities in an attempt to keep you at the firm?

How fair is it for the firms to pay different salaries for the same work in different countries? or lower salaries to employees from the developing nations even though they might be working directly with the client or leading projects?
Cost of living is definitely one factor but how would you counter when a Consultant from Mexico and a Consultant from US want to go on a vacation to UK?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.

Any recommendations for learning Mulesoft? I used it a bit a few years ago, but I don't remember much. How much has it changed since being bought by SF?
