i hold 5.5 year of experiance in domestic co. as an accounts executive after selecting in genpact for AP process .my HR Called she negosiated and we agree upon 4.5 lakh and she send me commitment sheet after filling it next day . she call me and said we can maximum go with 3.5 lakh package for process associate . i given interview for 5B pay scale , she said she will discuss internally with their team for 4.5 lakh does they will agree? and how much they will take ?

I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them. I’m really just doing the same task every day and I feel like my undergrad degree is going to waste. Feeling down. I've interviewed for probably 12 positions (mostly Senior Manager level), and always getting rejected. Is this normal? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated

Partner liked my expertise and gave thumbs up. What would be the next step? I gave in my resignation with a 3-week notice period. Always got good feedback from my manager and we generally got along well.
