I gave in my resignation with a 3-week notice period. Always got good feedback from my manager and we generally got along well.
Yesterday he made this comment in front of my team when he made the announcement. "Don't let the door hit you on the way out". In context we were discussing how to reassign my projects. He then laughed like it was a joke, and I didn't react.
Should I bring this up in a 1-1 meeting or let it go? Is this humour or plain sarcasm?

My company issues top of the line 16” MBP’s for engineers and lower end 13” MBP’s for all others. I work in analytics/ data science and struggle with the fact that my computer can only run 1 external display! No one else on my team cares. I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…
