I hve Cybersecurity IAM Senior Con interview with EY. Their are 3 interviews of 0.5hr each. Has anyone given a IAM senior con interview recently? What is the nature of this interviews? How to prepare?

I'm currently on implied status in Canada (applied for an extension before the expiration date on my OWP), but lost my job two months ago. I'm actively applying (and interviewing) for new opportunities. What's a good time to mention to a potential employer that I'm on implied status? I tried coming plain from the first interview, but that has been working against me. The CIC website says I can keep working with an expired WP and SIN but recruiters think otherwise. Help!!!

I started looking for external opps thinking my team wouldn’t be able to resolve my current situation. Have three interviews coming up as a result. But I connected with my team lead and somehow ended up telling her what I was going through, and she is now taking actions to help me resolve current situation. I would very very much rather stay at my current firm if they are able to accommodate - should I still do the interviews? Or decline and see how things go at my current firm?

They mentioned it was fairly small, and they were looking to expand it over the next few years, and getting in now would allow me to grow with the practice. I’m a SC 9 YOE with D right now in GPS making 114k with a focus on ERP Implementations. Any EY Federal have any details to share as far as TC, opportunities, WLB, etc?
