I interviewed at CBA 5 days back(including one weekend) and went through 2 rounds of interviews R1 and R2 (back to back in 2 days) for the position of Software developer. while ending the conversation with the panel in 2nd round, he mentioned, that my third round with the manager is the only remaining, and then they will roll out the offer letter. Then I didn't hear anything back from their side.

So, how much time it will take from R2 to R3 or I should call HR for the follow-up?
