I interviewed (just recruiter screen) around a week back Stripe for AE role and never heard back (in Ireland). I assume I can let it go? I’m just interviewing with other companies and in the final stages. In my experience if someone wants to move forward it usually happens the day or two after.

Been there, and it’s the worst kind of limbo. I’ve learned that if a company doesn’t get back to you after a week or two (especially just a recruiter screen), it’s often a silent no. But I know it doesn’t make it any less frustrating—especially when you’re hopeful. You’re smart to move forward with other options.
One week is still not enough to say you're out in my opinion, but you can still accept your best offer and in case it goes well with stripe they'll understand 100÷. Lots of ifs there, but at an early stage it is best to accept your current best offer.
