I interviewed with SAP Labs for Machine Learning Engg Profile (4+ YOE) and they are willing to wait for my 90 days NP to onboard me. Are they hiring in advance for their workforce expansion in India?

How is the background verification done in SAP labs... Is permanent address verified? No one stays in my permanent address and it's kind of abandoned, will it pose a problem...

And also... What employment verification is done? Is it deep in terms of roles held,

I’m currently an associate (no kids) in a very busy corp group (think 50-60 billable weekly). My wife works significantly less (currently part time, 10-15, but hopefully will be full time soon). Let’s talk speed reading. I’m a slow reader and listened to a podcast recently on speed reading. I’m intrigued. Who here speed reads? How did you learn those skills, and what types of documents do you speed read in practice? I do mostly litigation and am thinking that speed reading would help with research but maybe not things like doc review where you need to review for both responsiveness and privilege.
