Any ab circuit recommendations?
How often do you all train abs?
I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Alright I am wannabe vegan -
Matt & Nat has an amazing vegan leather shop. And I’ve been using the backpack for 1 year now. Minimum wear & tear.
Mushroom broth on Osso is yum! Also only shipping over 200 so decent gift.
If she’s a health nut, I am, she might like Viome. It gives you a full analysis of your gut. This can be weird but if someone gave it to me - I’d be happy.
Can confirm that Sloth Rescue is legit. Besides rescuing sloths (which is becoming more of a need down there) they also help educate and train some of the nature walk guides who lead tourists through the parks to see wild sloths.
I’m vegan. I confirm Matt & Nat products are great (love their backpack). I know that social distancing may make it impossible right now: but I always appreciate when people are willing go to vegan restaurants WITH me :) I’ve also liked as gifts: people going vegan for a day and donations to animal protection related charities. Keep in mind, what they may enjoy depends on why they are vegan. I.e . If they are vegan primarily for health reasons, contributing to animal charities may seem less relevant for them, and same goes for buying them some type of vegan junk food or cake. Likewise if it’s for environmental reasons they may appreciate something environmentally friendly / zero carbon footprint, in which case I would shy away from getting any type of disposable product. Helpful to know a bit more about them. Also- vegan is one part of their life, NOT their entire identity. You may also want to just think more holistically about them as a person and what they may like, e.g, books, art, etc.
What city?? Fellow active vegan here and would like to help. Also. The jokes above have been redundant for the past 20+ years.
Of course!! And that last list on there has way more than just male forward clothing. Most vegan brands try to be gender neutral as best practice.
Purple carrot meal box
YES. These are so good.
Salad
2 salads
A rabbit, they can bond over joint experiences
And share meal prep
There are some nice vegan leather bags out there! A gift card to a nice vegan restaurant? Or sponsoring/“adopting” an animal that was rescued from a factory farm?
Beyond Burger isn't an active contradiction though.
Also, no need to feel sorry. I'm doing great.

Vegan skincare products? I'm not vegan but I have these great soaps that I really like (got them as a gift)
Broccoli

Sponsor an animal at a sanctuary! If you live close to one you could even organize a day to visit (if they are open)

@farmsanctuary is a popular one and they are really active on Instagram
If she likes to cook, get her the Vegan Zombie cookbook. It has a really cool comic in the front and a bunch of great recipes
If she doesn’t have one already, maybe an instant pot? I use that to create a lot of vegan friendly meals (game changer for cooking beans)
She has one, I know she uses it a ton too ☺️
Not food but Lush has some vegan friendly products! Just bought a bunch of stuff as a gift for a vegan friend.
Someone gifted me these ready to eat vegan food called Kapka from Amazon. Love it
Ship specialty vegan treats her way! I love Frankie & joes ice cream

Thank you all for the great ideas!
You are welcome! Have fun👍
Herbs and spices from Penzey’s. They are the absolute best.
Also flavored salts. Got hooked on a truffle salt from Amazon. Also sirachia salt and Himalayan pink salt are delicious.
No whey truffles are SO good
