I joined a new company from with just a couple of designers and the existing designer says they made the design just how the clients wanted it, no user research, not even user flows or initial wireframes are there. For KT they just handed over some of the final screen links saying that's all they have..
I am shocked. What should be done in such a case? How do I understand when there is no use case, IA or even user flows documented.

Im interviewing for an internal promotion at my current employer. I’ve previously expressed a lot of interest in this specific role and it’s well known throughout my division my interest. Even though I’ve conducted informational interviews before now to get a feel of the role, now that I’m going through the full interview process, it doesn’t seem like what I want to do any more. Hi Everyone, I completed all interview rounds at pwc Bangalore. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.
