I joined a new company from with just a couple of designers and the existing designer says they made the design just how the clients wanted it, no user research, not even user flows or initial wireframes are there. For KT they just handed over some of the final screen links saying that's all they have..
I am shocked. What should be done in such a case? How do I understand when there is no use case, IA or even user flows documented.
Have anyone experienced this?
