Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

I don’t think there would be any bad blood if you withdraw. Thank you so much for considering me- as I learned more about the role, I don’t think it aligns with the next step I want to take in my career.
It ought to be a professional process whether the company promotes from within or hires externally. For the latter, it doesn’t seem to matter as much if people withdraw their application.
I went through a similar process and now the working environment isn’t as healthy since deciding to stay put (hopefully not for long though!).
If there are negative repercussions, then it could speak to the team dynamic that you’re part of more than the potential hinderances of your professional development.
I hope it works out for you!
