I got a hike of 30 k ( 1.6 %) and bonus of 40 K this year ( for my 6 months tenure )

Want to understand my salary wrt to c10 and experience of my profile ie 5 years.

What has your salary looked like as your career progressed? Starting, 3 years, 5, years, etc?

Any sense of FAANG senior manager bizops (non-technical) Comp for 10+ years of experience at Deloitte? Looking more specifically at roles at AWS and Google. Thanks in advance as I know the comp structure is much different!

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I think we should create a compensation thread in this bowl. It would help a lot of people who are planning to switch companies/jobs or who are moving to this region. Just a thought, since it’s one of the most common questions asked here.

What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.

I work for a tech company that pays 100k tc plus 50,000 stock options. I have great work life balance, work 4 days per week on a 32 hour schedule plus it’s remote. Lately, I’ve been feeling like the compensation is on the lower end and just wanted to see if it’s in line with industry standards
