BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? How difficult is a lateral switch?
Currently working as Business Analyst (IT service management)
Client handling, managing several IT teams, releases, incidents,changes.
Defining UI/Functional requirements of replatforming systems. Integral part of a replatforming project of enterprise IT landscape, managing IT operations BAU, Hypercare etc.

But not an integral part of Technology/Dev team. I.e. low level system knowledge.

What are the possibilities to switch to BI/Data engineering etc?!
