Layoff for bad rating - Absolutely yes.
LL6/LL5 is seen as Gods - Same feeling.. I saw a similar post here by someone. My observation is any company that opens their center in Chennai goes thru such is what I heard/read.. Chennai people so obedient, so deep into work..that's why Chennai companies have very less attrition rate.
Yes, Ford is no more the same .. People r being utilized very badly.
True, same observation gsrs in my team treat the LL6 as they are in under north korea supreme leader. Never questions anything. And the ll6 treat ll5 same and so on. Leaders dont like if u argue and give your opinion.
I joined as tech lead at SG7. I am not talking about mass layoffs but in general do people get kicked out or get bad rating in general if someone doesn't agree with the team or question leadership. What's the culture here?
