I joined SAP last year as part of the ECS team, and I’ve realized that my compensation appears to be lower than what is typically offered for my level of experience. I’ve also learned that colleagues who joined after me, with similar or even less experience, are receiving higher salaries.

Is there a possibility for my compensation to be reviewed and adjusted accordingly? If so, could you please help me understand how feasible this is and what the process might involve?
