What do you wear to atlanta ballet performances?
Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?
Publicis Sapient
I was assigned to a project which has application support and maintainance in Ionic. I am from Native android background having 4 years of experience. Does ionic has demand in industry ? I am a little skeptical about this. Please if anyone could throw some light on it.

All you can do is learn from it and move on.
It sounds like you've already done the first one. Time to move on.
When you joined back then, it wasn’t a bad decision. Accenture has been a great place to start your career the last 20-30 years. Just unfortunate that the arse dropped out of the market at the time you should have been accelerating up the pay scale. You can jump somewhere else for a pay bump (probably 50k is realistic for someone 3 years out of uni), or wait for it to pick up again. Usually this place turns on a dime and when things pick up there will be money thrown at you.
Takes 3/4 years now for most people to get promoted even after having p1/p2 multiple times to only increase to 40k
I know the starting salary has been £33.5k (+£5k bonus) at least back to 2018. I can’t say any further back than that.
It takes longer now to get promoted for less pay. You can get better projects and more money elsewhere. The hours here rent necessarily better it depends on project and client. You should find another job while you’re still early in your career. I wish I did
Rising Star
I was £31.5k as a new graduate in 2012! No sign on so less, but much more relatively.

Been here for 4 years and no pay increases. Lots of politics for promotions - which is crazy at analyst level
What is your background in terms of types of roles you work for? I think accenture is better in some areas than others for roles so depends on that also
