I joined the firm via the consulting graduate program in 2022. 2022 and 2023 I get paid 33.5k+5k sign on bonus and last year was 34.5 because we lost the sign on bonus. If I am lucky to get promoted this round, I will get 40k, 2k more compared to when I start 3 years ago.
Saw it on an old fb post i think that a MD had the same starting salary when they were an analyst.
Cant help feeling like this is a really bad career decision I made especially when I had other offers at the time.

Hi, can someone tell me if I need to manually claim higher rate tax relief on Accenture UK workplace pension e.g. via self assessment? I had assumed it was all taken care of out of the pay packet as it’s a net pay scheme but I have a financial advisor telling me otherwise.
