I joined Thoughtworks last year as a Front End Developer. Over the last couple of years, I have been learning Java and Spring Boot, and now I feel confident enough to work on Java and Spring Boot projects.

Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.

Here java and springboot guy in TW are not getting chance to work on java and spring boot project, as they dont have any project. so therefore they are getting assigned to other kind of python or .net prject. If you are confident, you can start looking outside.
Contact your clt to give you experience opportunities. Then after successfully playing the role in your project you can ask your clt to talk to your tbp for role change.
